Please read through this information completely prior to placing an order. 

My Style

It is your responsibility to browse the images on this website and get a sense for my personal style as a mum maker. If my style is not what you are looking for, I would recommend you visit  the Mums Inc. Mum Finder to find someone who does. This will ensure you are completely satisfied with your finished product, and that is the goal! By placing an order with me you are acknowledging that you have looked over my work and decided I am the right fit for you!

Ordering

Please be sure to double check all spellings at the time of ordering. When you get your invoice, please review it carefully to ensure that it is correct and complete. 

Shipping

At this time I do not offer shipping for my products. You must be able to pick up in the Frisco area. 

Ordering Cut-Off Dates

In most cases I cannot accept an order less than a week away from delivery of the product.  If you find yourself needing a product at the last minute, please contact me to inquire about availability. A minimum rush fee of $50 will apply. 

Payment

Once you complete the order form, I will reach out and confirm the details of your order. When that is done, I will email you an invoice for payment. At that time you must pay half the cost as a non-refundable deposit, with the rest due upon delivery.  I can only take payment via credit card using the digital invoice. 

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of receiving your first invoice. After that I am unable to accommodate cancellations as I will have started to make your mum or garter. 

Delivery

Delivery is usually made the week of your homecoming. We will agree on a date for delivery when finalizing your order.

Returns, Refunds, and Repairs

If you are unhappy with your product as delivered, please inform me within 24 hours of taking delivery so that I can correct it. I am unable to offer full refunds or returns as my products are all custom made. I am not responsible for damage that occurs to the product after delivery .

Privacy Policy

I collect names, phone numbers, and email addresses during the ordering process only to contact you about the order. I will not share your contact information with any other entity nor will I use your contact information for marketing purposes. 

Photographs

I photograph all products that I make and with the intent of posting them on social media and on this website. If you do not wish for me to use photos of your products for these purposes, you must inform me at the time your order is placed.
